Breakfast is not included in the room rate, and it is too expensive.
Generally ok, generally Marriott standard.
Being picky I'd say they should pay more attention to tidyness of the hall ways on the floors.
The bed was extremely comfortable, and the view outside the room was beautiful.
The location was a bit inconvenient due to the distance from downtown Paris.
All staff - especially front desk and concierge were so friendly, polite and very helpful. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were very clean, said to be big compared to most European hotels. The breakfast buffet was good. Very close to the metro station. I enjoyed it all throughout my stay. I would consider staying there again.
Not many attractions around the hotel but that was ok, it is very close to the metro where you can go to anywhere easily.
The hotel staff were kind and helpfull.
My room was so close to the elevator that it was impossible to sleep. I ended up moving rooms at 1am - major inconvenience.
I stayed at the Marriott Kensington Hotel every year in London, that why I choose Marriott Hotel,
staff is very helpfull and the service is fast, Clarice of Front Desk is the best receptionist ever!
regular cleaning of the room is fair
Great location! Small village nearby, Metro and rer close. When we had problems, we were able to get ahold of upper management and they were very accomodating and helpful. The older gentleman at the concierce desk was very helpful and now we feel we have a friend, who gives us honest anwers and great directions. Good work out room, comfortable beds and bedding.
It needs some work in some of the rooms. Shower head fell off, cracks in the walls (we were in a corner unit), could use new carpets in rooms. When we address the problems with the shower head, it was taken care of immediately. Be sure to ask if you are in a room that offers the Ex. Club, as this is very nice to have. Also the end rooms are nice and quiet, if you ask for them to be off of the Blvd St Jacques. Middle rooms have thi8ns walls.
The concierge was excellent for recommanding the good restaurants in the neighbouring
The mini bar of my room was empty
Just as as expected when staying at a Marriott. Overall very good value for the money.
The room was very nice, of good size and confortable. Nice bead At first I was concerned because it was near the elevators, but inside the room we couldn't ear a sound. Great hotel.
The restaurant staff. Too slowly.
The room was quite big
Does not look like 4* hotel - looks like a renovation was quite some time ago
Very very horrible sevice . I stay in marriott everywhere i go but this was the worst experience
Overall a decent hotel; very nice and helpful staff; decent hotel rooms; vey close to metro (line no. 6) and 5 min. Walk from rer b station, which takes you directly to cdg or Orly airports; nice bar and good restaurant as per hotel standards; a kettle and an iron in a room
Very small wc and bathroom and looked more like for a 3 star hotel... ; not too close to the areas like Opera or Champs-Elysees and travelling threre, although easy, takes some time; 20eur/day for the wifi
